Bookings & payment

This site lets you book a stay at Tula & Oak House directly with the host. A booking is confirmed once payment is completed, and you'll receive a confirmation with your reservation details.

Payments are handled by our payment processor. Rates, fees, and taxes are shown before you pay.

Cancellations & changes

Cancellation and change terms are shown during checkout and in your booking confirmation. If your plans change, contact the host as early as possible.

House rules & your stay

By booking you agree to the house rules listed on this site, including occupancy limits and check-in and check-out times. The host may charge for damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Liability

The property is offered as described on this site. To the extent permitted by law, the host is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and use of the property's amenities is at your own risk.
